Who We Are
The two of us initially connected as volunteer coaches working with nonprofit leaders. From there, we sought out opportunities to partner and co-create experiences for coaches and human resources professionals.
It didn’t take long for us to realize that our shared values combined with our different backgrounds and expertise (Rashmi’s in anti-oppression and organization design plus Kate’s in rewards and HR program design) made for a powerful combination.
We use this combination to co-create solutions with our clients to reduce systemic oppression and bring the fulfillment of collaborative energy into decision-making.
